It is so worrying when our children are uncomfortable or unwell. They exhibit symptoms such as constipation, fatigue, restless sleep, teeth grinding, rash, stomach cramps, bloating or even pain. I do a very gentle and nurturing 35 minute session where we identify the cause and use probiotics and nutrients to heal the body

Food Intolerance Testing
Many of us suspect that we might be intolerant to certain foods. We have symptoms such as bloating, gas, the need to nap, a rash or a craving for sweet food. In this 30 minute treatment we can go through the foods you eat and see how your body responds to them. I will also test you for alternatives to them .

BioKinesiology Treatment
Your first visit will consist of a consultation (sometimes done via phone prior to visit) and I will then use muscle testing to see where your body needs support. We will look at digestion, detoxification, intolerances and toxins. Subsequent sessions can focus on hormones, adrenals, serotonin, leaky gut and emotions to name just a few! Clients usually require 2 or 3 sessions

This last year my body has struggled to recover after running. Sheena tested me and found I needed a high dose of Vitamin C and Zinc. Since completing my 4 week plan I definitely am not as sore and inflammation has gone. Although I didn't enjoy having to quit coffee!
